You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use xuxu4d. We enforce strict age verification during the KYC process. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found in violation will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on xuxu4d. Duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
All bonuses are subject to a minimum 25× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Bonuses expire 30 days from activation. Game contribution rates vary: slots contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute 10%.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours for fully verified accounts. xuxu4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xuxu4d holds its international gaming licence. By registering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute arising from your use of the platform.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use xuxu4d. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been opened by an underage person will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
To be eligible to open and maintain an account on xuxu4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
xuxu4d primarily serves players in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you personally. xuxu4d makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. The burden of compliance rests solely with you.
Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account on xuxu4d at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport), date of birth, Indonesian bank account details, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. xuxu4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
xuxu4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) we suspect fraudulent activity; (b) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (c) we are required to do so by a competent authority; or (d) you request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
xuxu4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the platform.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents depending on your account status and transaction history:
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days of submission. xuxu4d will notify you by email once your verification is complete or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

xuxu4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). xuxu4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency or international wire transfer.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may trigger additional verification requirements. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. xuxu4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:
For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. xuxu4d aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions (WIB business hours).

xuxu4d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of xuxu4d. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by xuxu4d are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses at xuxu4d carry a minimum 25× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 500.000 requires a total wagering turnover of Rp 12.500.000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.
All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of activation unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus credit and any winnings generated from that bonus credit will be forfeited automatically.
xuxu4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure; use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; and coordinated play among multiple players to exploit bonus terms. Where abuse is detected, xuxu4d reserves the right to void all bonus credits, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the implicated accounts.
All RNG-based games on xuxu4d use software certified by independent testing laboratories to produce statistically random outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, xuxu4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' balances. Bets resulting from obvious errors in odds, game configuration, or software malfunction are not binding on xuxu4d and may be cancelled. In such cases, no compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where xuxu4d explicitly provides a "cash-out" or "bet edit" feature for a specific market. xuxu4d reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed on suspended markets, corrupted events, or where acceptance was made in error.
Sports betting odds are dynamic and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. xuxu4d offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other major competitions. Specific market rules (e.g., settlement criteria for mix parlay legs where one selection is voided) are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform Help Centre.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xuxu4d. Violation of any item below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): xuxu4d is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by our international licensing obligations. Any account involved in suspected money laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information will be disclosed to competent authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xuxu4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, xuxu4d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you made to xuxu4d in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability: xuxu4d targets 99.6% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable. During maintenance, open bets will be settled once service is restored.
Your use of xuxu4d is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. xuxu4d uses bank-grade AES-256 encryption and TLS protocols to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with our banking and payment processing partners, our game studio licensors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities solely as required to operate the platform lawfully and in accordance with our licensing obligations.
xuxu4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xuxu4d holds its international gaming licence. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
